SHOW?
We're thinking of putting together another comedy show
fundraiser, but we need to find a place willing to host us for
a night for free! Or cheap! Or for a tax write off and some

HELP!
These
are tough economic times, and every day we are turning away
many people looking for help with their animals because we're
full to the brim. With the cost of everything rising, and there
being less money to go around, things have been tight at the
Ranch. We really need donations to get us through the rest of
the winter - hay, food (Poulin grain, through Valley View in
Stafford Springs, CT), money and more volunteers who can commit
to a weekly schedule. If you have the resources and desire,
consider adopting! We have everything from "Steady Eddy"s
to project horses, older gentleman to younger guys who haven't
learned about life yet...and everything in between.
We
make a lifelong commitment to every animal that comes under
our roof, and guarantee them a safe future by taking them back
for re-adoption if they can no longer be cared for. This year
so far, 11 horses have been returned to us and we're stretched
thin. With
your help, we can get through these tough times and do what's
best for the horses in our care.

FUNDRAISERS!
SCR is working in partnership with some groups to raise
money for the animals in our care. Equine photographer Renee
of Mane Impressions will donate 40% of the sale of all photo
