Quarter Horse Mare
1983?
Breeze was a sweet Quarter Horse mare, approximately 14.3 hh,
who spent the last few months of life in our care. She was a
wonderful old lady who touched the heart of many of our volunteers
and visitors. She will truly be missed.
Her sponsor had some kind words to say in her honor:
Remember Summer.
I knew Summer for only few months.I sponsored her and became
very attached to her. Our visits were special. I loved feeding
her apples and brushing her. Then Summer was adopted, a bitter
sweet time for me. I was happy that now she would have a good
forever home, but sad that i would not see her again. Then all
of a sudden she was gone. Summer passed on December 10 2008
from colic. Heartbroken and depressed, I really didn't think
i could sponsor another. Summer is gone forever, I can't do
anything else for her now except pray for her. I will sponsor
again soon in memory of sweet Summer. I want to thank everyone
at the ranch for all they do.
