Bay Appendix Quarter Horse?
1990?
Jasper is a 16
hh appendix quarter horse who came to the Ranch because he had
a weak and sore back. After some rehabilitation, Jasper was
once again able to be ridden. He was deemed suitable for an
advanced beginner, though we preferred an adopter who knew enough
to keep his topline in shape, so that he did not revert to having
a sore back. We were lucky enough to find that home with a local
veterinarian.
Due to life changes, the veterinarian was forced to give Jasper
back to SCR's care, and Jasper is again looking for a forever
home. With Jasper's sweet personality, we feel he would make
a good pleasure, light dressage or trail horse. SCR does stipulate
that he cannot be jumped, and would like to see him on a hoof
supplement.
